Infographics 7 and 8: overview of activities and results from December 2022 to February 2024

During 15 months of the implementation, the Policy and Legal Advice Centre (PLAC III) project has finalised 46 activities in areas related to 10 negotiation chapters (1, 3, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 27 and 32); three activities were implemented as horizontal, covering issues related to all negotiation chapters and the entire EU accession process. Beneficiary institutions were line ministries, government agencies and regulatory bodies. In addition, one study trip (to Italy, related to Negotiating Chapter 27), two seminars and 31 public events with more than 900 participants were organised.

Results: 198 legal acts and strategic documents were drafted with the support of the project. Drafted documents will provide a basis for full harmonisation of national legislation in various areas, from recognition of professional qualifications, agriculture and food safety to environmental protection.
