The provisions of the new Law and relevant subordinate legislation address requirements of EU Chapter 3 acquis on the freedom of movement of persons and services related to the practice of the profession of court interpreters and translators.<\/p>\n<p>During the workshop \u201cReform of Court Interpreters\u2019 and Court Translators\u2019 Legal Framework in light of EU Integration\u201d organised on 4th September 2018, representatives\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Ministry\u00a0 of\u00a0 Justice\u00a0 and\u00a0 members\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Working\u00a0 Group were familiarised with\u00a0 regulatory\u00a0 considerations,\u00a0 best\u00a0 practice examples and\u00a0 possible\u00a0 solutions\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 context\u00a0 of\u00a0 planned\u00a0 reform.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box box0\"><h4><strong>Relevant EU legislation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"list list0\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=celex%3A32005L0036\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\" >Directive 2005\/36\/\u0415C<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=celex%3A32006L0123\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external nofollow\" >Directive\u00a0 2006\/123\/EC<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to regulate the profession of court interpreters and translators in accordance with EU acquis, assistance was provided to the Ministry of Justice and its Working Group in drafting of the new Law on Court Interpreters and Court Translators.
